Responsibilities:

• To perform in depth investment analysis, market research on the medical and healthcare related project
• Prepare professional investment materials for investment committee in support of proposed transactions
• Supporting internal operational activities, including external marketing materials and reporting
• Monitor and analyse capital market dynamics, economic trends, industry outlooks and develop actionable insights and recommendations, via understanding of the business model and the information available for analysis
• Manage risks according the portfolio mandate and risk control guidelines
• Fully observe the compliance requirements of the portfolio
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of solid experiences in finance or in healthcare field with sound knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry trends
• Able to work independently and willingness to continuously learn and adapt
• Self-motivated, able to prioritize and navigate in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
• Demonstrate excellent verbal (mandarin is an advantage) and written communication skills (both English and Chinese), organizational ability, analytical skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a flexible work attitude
• Excellent skills in quantitative analysis and financial modeling
• Able to take a flexible and creative approach to structuring private debt and equity investments
• Possess professional qualifications of CPA is an advantage
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Bloomberg, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for junior position
