Reporting to Head of Investment, you will be in charge of overseas real estate M&A projects especially UK and Singapore regions.

Client Details

Our Client is a local family business developing its strong real estate presence in HK and overseas markets.


You will study and monitor the targeted markets and prepare in-depth financial analysis of potential investment projects including but not limited to financial modelling, valuation, feasibility, due diligence. You will formulate and recommend investment and divestment strategy for long term investment plan and work with various internal and external parties for deal negotiation, risk-return portfolio assessment, post-acquisition management etc.


  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent with professional qualification (eg. CPA, CFA, etc.)
  • At least 6 years' relevant experience in merger and acquisition or project management in local and overseas markets of real estate industry
  • Experience in financial modelling and business valuation preferred
  • Independent, result-oriented, flexible, good team player and leadership
  • Strong analytical skills, business sense and critical thinking
  • Assertive with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
