Investment Administration & Accounting (IAA) is part of Investment Management, has functional oversight over the vast majority of investment administration and investment accounting across the Zurich group, with regional Centers of Excellence providing IAA services, and a Global Services Team supporting the CoEs and the Group. Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for processing, posting and clearing of securities transactions, income payments and corporate actions accurately and timely
  • Investigate any discrepancies which may exist and follow up with relevant parties to solve the problems
  • Perform the month-end operations closing activities in a timely manner
  • Responsible for the periodic reconciliation of securities holdings and cash account holdings with custodian banks
  • Support the automated operations processes and other operations projects as assigned


Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of practical experience in banking, global custody or insurance operations
  • Experience in SAP FSCM, Bloomberg / Reuters is definitely an advantage
  • Familiar with operations, market data, securities administration and corporate actions
  • Knowledge of securities markets is vital
  • Knowledge of traditional and non-traditional financial instruments and markets is preferable
  • Good analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
  • Candidate with less experience may be considered as Officer
