Hang Seng's Investments and Wealth Solutions offers a full spectrum of investment products and services to both private and corporate clients across the entire client continuum (from retail to high net worth clients). 

We enable our customers to invest in a wide range of investment products across all asset classes including fixed income, foreign exchange and derivatives, structured products and mutual funds.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Investment Platform Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

• Drive the design, build and implementation of investment platforms with IT for efficient delivery of investment products to our clients.
• Coordinate and lead the delivery of solution initiatives to support investments products business and offer quality customer journey over multiple channels, with special focus on digital channels.
• Ensure that our platforms enable our business to remain fully compliant with internal requirements for the Group and relevant regulatory authorities. 
• Support and conduct quality assurance for new system launch and their on-going performance.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors on requirement definitions, project planning and execution.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Business Management, Information System, Computer science or related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in the banking industry and/or IT project management.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills at all levels up to senior management
• Strong self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
• Innovative and strategic thinker, results oriented
• Familiar with relevant regulatory requirement on investment products sales.
• Strong IT project or development background with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
• Knowledge of Investment products (Equity, Bonds, FX, Derivatives, Funds, Structured products) would be an advantage
• Able to converse in Cantonese. English and Mandarin
