Investor Relations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Act as the company's contact person for the capital markets, deliver positive company information to investors, analysts, and financial medias
• Organize the company's results conferences, organize and participate in non-deal roadshows, demonstrate the company's investment value to potential investors
• Lead the company's results announcements and annual reports (non-audit sections), and cooperate with lawyers, company secretaries to deal all the announcement
• Execute corporate’s financial strategy and capital operation, including bank loans, convertible bond, and equity financing to increase enterprise value

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above
• 5-7 years experience in capital markets/ corporate finance/ auditing is preferred
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
