Invoice Administrator (Brand: Marks and Spencer)

ALF Retail Hong Kong Limited

Support office commercial invoice administration to achieve operational effectiveness and efficiency; ensure all financial activities are completed and in alignment with company strategy, compliance and goals given.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Handle day-to-day financial activities in relations to goods receiving in SAP, invoice verification and coordination with Central Finance Shared Service team for payment, monthly finance provision on costs
  • Overall coordination and execution to complete financial activities that embedding best practice and full compliance to company policies
  • Process, verify and reconcile invoices and ensure approvals are in place before sending request’s to AP team
  • Maintain historical records and facilitate retrieval of documents
  • Comply with group policy and statutory requirement
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree holder in Accounting, Merchandising, Supply Chain Management or related discipline
  • A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience, preferably in retail industry
  • Experience in SAP
  • Good interpersonal communication skills, relationship management and collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and tight schedules
  • Analytical with good skills in Excel
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
