IT Administration Manager - ITGC

Chong Hing Bank

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full range of administration support to the IT division in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist to prepare the budgeting
  • Liaise and co-ordinate meetings with internal and external parties
  • Assist the team in all business activities
  • Prepare minutes, speeches, presentation materials and reports as required
  • Handle any ad hoc projects and tasks whenever necessary

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or Diploma holder or above
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in banks or financial institutions
  • Experience in budgeting administration
  • Familiar with general office systems and procedures
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Well organized, detailed minded, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS office
