  • Design, plan, and implement IT infrastructure based on industry best practices and security standard;
  • Ensure all IT systems are functioning properly including Cloud platforms, application servers, database servers, POS terminals, CCTV, PABX, TCP/IP network and VPN connection
  • Responsible for administration of firewall, switch, Wi-Fi, antivirus, web filtering, internet connection;
  • Oversee daily IT system operations and performance monitoring such as health check, backup, system optimization, change implementation, system integration, security enhancement
  • Take appropriate and timely action to analyze, isolate and diagnose IT problems, and provide corrective, preventive and improvement recommendation
  • Liaise and negotiate with vendors or suppliers on quotation for setup, implementation, repair, and maintenance of IT hardware & software
  • Provide Level-2 IT support, and maintain knowledge base for on-going support and training
  • Build and maintain IT document such as network diagram, flow diagram, SOP, user manual
  • Test and deploy software updates and security patches in regular basis
  • Develop automated scripts to facilitate operational tasks
  • Perform ad hoc task and project implementation as assigned by supervisor



  • Degree holder in Information Technology or equivalent
  • Holder of CCNA / MCSE / LPI / MCITP / ITIL is preferred
  • Holder of AWS Certified Solutions Architect / DevOps Engineer is preferred
  • Minimum 7 years solid hands-on experience in IT infrastructure administration
  • Experience in enterprise network and security design and implementation
  • Experience in Cloud platforms, O365, Microsoft platform, Linux platform (Suse & Ubuntu), Database servers, VMWare, WAF, Splunk, Fortinet, Sonicwall
  • Knowledge of VBScript, Powershell, Shell Script
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Willing to work in non-office hour when necessary (for fixing critical issue /  schedule maintenance);
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin is preferred
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, and able to work independently and under pressure
