IT Analyst, Release Management


One of the Global market leader of its field that has coverage in 70 countries with 300+ offices, is now seeking an IT Analyst to join their release integration team in Hong Kong.


  • Identify any governance issues, conduct process review and perform process improvement to ensure good quality of change for exceeding the SLA target of the client
  • Ensure key objectives and deliverables have been met by reviewing all implemented releases
  • Evaluate risks to integrity of the business application and infrastructure inherent in proposed releases and seek authority for those activities.
  • During overall release schedule, manage the program of release units undertaken
  • Identify opportunities for improvement by initiate and direct release implementation reviews on failed release(s).
  • Identify improvements and refine release management processes and procedures in consultation with the change manager
  • Analyze release records and data to determine trends or apparent problems and seek to rectify with relevant parties.
  • Coordinate release activities
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure deliver quality products on time


  • Degree Holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 year working experience
  • Solid experience on release management is an advantage
  • Broad understanding of Problem and Configuration Management
  • With strong analytical, problem solving, time management, communication and reporting skills
  • Good team player, self motivated, well organized, with attention to details
  • Fluent English and Mandarin
