Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide first level of support on IT equipment, application software and networking for internal and guest users
  • Install, configure and maintain all IT equipments in timely manner
  • Proactively monitor all IT hardware, network, system job and etc to ensure smooth operations
  • Ensure preventative maintenance and regular check are carried out to safeguard critical technology
  • Educate user and enforce IT policies and procedures
  • Provide IT support service after office hours
  • Perform other IT tasks/projects assigned by IT Manager
  • Work on a rotating roster which will include weekends, evenings, early and late shifts as required

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Higher Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of user support experience
  • Good knowledge in VMware environment, Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Network Infrastructure and security
  • An independent self-starter and a team player
  • Good command of communication and interpersonal skills
  • Posses both system and network troubleshooting skills
  • Candidate with MCSE, CCNA certification will be added advantage
