IT Assistant Project Manager

- Assist in establishing a Project Management Team to oversee multiple projects
- Liaise with stakeholders such as project personnel, vendors, and end-users regarding project requirements
- Outline, define, and initiate the projects
- Implement document control policies and documentation templates
- Maintain a good working knowledge of assigned component projects
- Monitor project progress and implement changes where necessary
The Requirement
- Degree in Computer Science, majoring in software engineering with PMP or similar certification is a bonus
- 7 years of hands-on project management experience with sound track records in leading sizable IT projects
- Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals
- Understanding of software development life cycle
- Strong people and negotiation skills with proficient organizing capability
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Chinese and Putonghua
