The Job

  • Assist in establishing a Project Management Team to oversee multiple projects
  • Liaise with stakeholders such as project personnel, vendors, and end-users regarding project requirements
  • Outline, define, and initiate the projects
  • Implement document control policies and documentation templates
  • Maintain a good working knowledge of assigned component projects
  • Monitor project progress and implement changes where necessary

The Requirement

  • Degree in Computer Science, majoring in software engineering with PMP or similar certification is a bonus
  • 7 years of hands-on project management experience with sound track records in leading sizable IT projects
  • Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals
  • Understanding of software development life cycle
  • Strong people and negotiation skills with proficient organizing capability
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Chinese and Putonghua
