  • Analyse, replicate issues to diagnose and resolve issues quickly or further escalate them to appropriate internal IT teams or external partners
  • Monitor scheduled production jobs regularly and report issues to appropriate internal IT teams or external partners in a timely manner
  • Manage application system security access controls and configuration requests
  • Provide timely and meaningful updates to business users on issues, requests, system maintenance schedules
  • Liaise with 3rd party managed services providers, vendors and internal business users to address the support issues
  • Work closely with other groups, both development, administrative and infrastructure, to ensure application stability, consistency and availability
  • Document processes and update knowledge base of troubleshooting steps and lessons learned


Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Higher Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
  • 2 - 4 years’ experience in large or medium size IT projects in application development and troubleshooting
  • Knowledgeable in SDLC cycle
  • Able to prepare test case and conduct UAT test
  • Possess strong analytical and technical competencies
  • Possess strong ability to multi-task, being proactive and taking ownership of problems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enjoy working with people and good team player
