IT Deskside Support Officer / Production Support Officer (IT)

Responsibilities: 

• Provide helpdesk operational support to resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
• Install, test and configure workstations / Macintosh, peripheral equipment and software
• Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required
• Utilize and maintain the helpdesk tracking software
• Assist in the development and maintenance of operational standards and procedures
• Document internal procedures
• Gather and assess business requirements/needs

Requirements: 

• Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline;
• 2 years of working experience in IT support;
• Strong in troubleshooting, presentation and good communication skills;
• Be a good team player and able to learn and work independently under pressure;
• Shift in 24x7 (roster basis), 9 hours a day, 5 days per week;
• Immediately available is preferred
• Good command of spoken Cantonese
• Working Location : Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate, Hong Kong
