IT Desktop Support Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st line technical support to end users.
  • Perform Laptop, peripheral equipment installation, migration, maintenance and troubleshooting with repairing.
  • Perform software installation, maintenance and troubleshooting. Responsible for server setup and maintenance, application implementation and configuration
  • Perform user account & access administration, remote technical trouble shooting
  • Support basic networking such as connectivity, LAN troubleshooting
  • Hands on experience in full function of MS office, Outlook.
  • Perform video conferencing setup and support

Requirement

  • Diploma in IT/Engineering
  • 2 years or above experience in IT support.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft based operating system, proficiency in Windows and Linux server administration, Networking and related applications.
  • Experience in network support for WAN/LAN infrastructure.
  • Strong communication, problem solving, interpersonal skills, proactive, work well with different levels end users.
