The successful candidate will be responsible for in-house end user support of IT related matters for our regional office. He/She will also be responsible for the maintenance, administration and support of the local networks, local servers and VMs as well as hardware and software applications. As part of a team to support our infrastructure for 300 local users and over 2000 staff in the region, he/she will participate with the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support and optimization of all workstation/server hardware and software. This individual will also assist in deploying group IT projects.


  • Ensure 1st line of IT support service to resolve problems encountered by users: Maintenance, administration and support of the local networks, PCs, local servers and VMs as well as hardware and software applications;
  • Assist in deploying group IT projects: Liaise with and manage vendors for project, maintenance and support;
  • Give required support efficiently and effective: Examine all problems, evaluating complexity, impact and priority;
  • Prepare Activity Reports/Dashboards: Analyze support requests sent by the end users by calls, e-mail, and through helpdesk tool;
  • Follow standard help desk procedures: Escalate problems according to procedures to the relevant stakeholders;
  • Coordinate with Level 1 support team for creation, change and deletion of user accounts;
  • Monitor the hardware inventory and assist related set up;
  • Conduct system monitoring.


  • Graduate in Computer Science/ IT or related discipline;
  • Holder of MCP/MCSE/CCNA is an advantage;
  • 2 years’ experience in IT end user/technical support;
  • Understand the working knowledge of Windows Operating System, MS Exchange;
  • Proficient in computer applications includes MS Office and Outlook, Active Directory as well as VMWare;
  • Proficient in administrating MS technology including Windows Server 2008/2012, MS SQL Server 2008/2013, ISA, IIS;
  • Excellent in customer facing, communication and rapport building skills;
  • Responsible, self-driven, goal achieving, good team player;
  • Methodic and highly technical;
  • Fluency in English and/or Cantonese;
  • Immediately available will be an advantage.
