Education requirements:

Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline

Experience requirements:

1 year or above relevant working experience is required

  • Provide front line support in Windows Server and Linux
  • Responsible and Monitor for installation, configuration and troubleshooting
  • Work with team leader to report and update the job status
  • Higher Diploma in Computer Studies or related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Helpdesk experience
  • Fluent in both English and Cantonese
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
  • Immediate available is preferred
