IT Help Desk / System Engineering - IT Officer to Regional Support Supervisor (Circa 13k-45k)

We are looking for specialists who are expert in 1st and 2nd level MIS trouble shooting, support and maintenance services for our clients who are renowned multinational technology companies and financial institutions. They are actively looking for new blood to join their infrastructure teams due to project expansions & yearly staff turnover.   • Support & configuration of software & hardware equipment (desktop, laptop, printer, mobile devices, etc.) and/or;
  • Provide System Support, Network Maintenance and Management services
  • Provide help desk support and/or technical support services to in house users
  • Keep track the case status and make escalation to vendor/related parties whenever applicable
  • Carry out ad-hoc tasks to support the office operation when necessary
  • Assist supervisor/manager for project management 
  • Candidate with extended knowledge and experience will be consider as Engineers


  • Higher Diploma in Computer Science or above
  • At least 1 years' of experience in a technical support role (Fresh graduates will be considered)
  • Familiar with Citrix, Hyper-V, Cisco Router, Wintel, Network Management, System Support, H/S maintenance
  • Experience in service technical support and trouble shooting will be advantage
  • Candidates with supervisory and management experience will be considered as supervisor or manager level
  • Ability to work independently
