IT Helpdesk Engineer (6 months contract)

Job Duties:

  • Answer service calls forwarding from Client and provide IT operational and administrative support
  • Provide basic IT technical support/solution to the callers
  • Assist with Domain/Mail user account maintenance service including but not limited to account creation and suspension where applicable
  • Respond and handle end-users enquiries over the phone.  Collect end-users information in accordance to the Client’s provided workflow and pre-defined procedures.
  • Prepare monthly reports and analysis

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma in Information Technology related discipline
  • Min. 2 years’ experience in Helpdesk
  • Familiar on supporting Microsoft office and general office application
  • Domain/Mail account administrative experience and general network troubleshooting skill
  • Good command of spoken and written in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Excellent telephone manner with strong customer service ethos
  • Working location: Tsim Sha Tsui East
