IT HELPDESK SPECIALIST/DESKSIDE SUPPORT

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide all desktop responsibilities and liaise with users, application teams and vendors to resolve problems
  • Support skill & knowledge for Blackberry, Windows XP, MS Office, IBM Lotus and MS Outlook are preferable
  • Establish and maintain appropriate and effective communication with users, application teams and vendors

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer or related discipline
  • At least 1 year relevant working experience in Helpdesk / Internal Support
  • Hands-on experience in the administration and support for Windows Servers
  • Experience in Voice & Video conference tools support and knowledge is an added advantage
  • Valid certification of MCSE is preferable
  • Good command of written and spoken English is an added advantage
