IT Helpdesk Supervisor/ Call Center Supervisor - MS

The Job:

  • Supervises day-to-day helpdesk operations
  • Ensures cross communications between IT teams and users
  • Creates and reviews escalation procedures
  • Ensures service levels are maintained
  • Identifies, researches, and resolves complex technical problems
  • Documents, tracks, and monitors problems to ensure resolution in a timely manner
  • Maintain up-to-date helpdesk knowledge base
  • Responsible for helpdesk reports

The Person:

  • High Diploma is required, Bachelor Degree is an advantage
  • Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
  • Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • At least 4 years of post-qualification IT experience, includes at least 3 years of helpdesk supervision
  • Good command in Cantonese and English, Putonghua is an advantage
