IT Helpdesk Support (5-Day work)

Job Duties:

Provide first tier support to internal users
Responsible for basic software/hardware/network installation, troubleshoot and maintenance
Remote PCs for providing first line troubleshoot
To maintain and control inventory records of Computer IT assets
Report to technical supervisor and finish the duties with proper time management

Requirement:
Higher diploma or above of I.T or related background
1-2 years experience of helpdesk
Good communication and problem solving skills
Less experience will also be considered as junior helpdesk analyst
