Job Duties:

  • Provide first tier support to internal users
  • Responsible for basic software/hardware/network installation, troubleshoot and maintenance
  • Remote PCs for providing first line troubleshoot
  • To maintain and control inventory records of Computer IT assets
  • Report to technical supervisor and finish the duties with proper time management


Requirement:

  • Higher diploma or above of I.T or related background
  • 1-2 years experience of helpdesk
  • Good communication and problem solving skills
  • Less experience will also be considered as junior helpdesk analyst
