IT Helpdesk Support (5-days)

Job Descriptions:

  • Perform daily IT helpdesk front-line support
  • Handle helpdesk calls related to desktops/laptops, email platforms and related systems
  • Support end user for their PC operation systems, network support, hardware/software applications and peripherals issues
  • Assist in hardware/software, system/network upgrade
  • Perform daily backup schedule on required systems

Job Requirements:

  • Secondary Graduate, Higher Diploma or equivalent in Information Technology is preferred
  • Experience in Windows support, hardware/software support
  • Knowledge in email support or video conference support is a high advantage
  • Min. 1 year working experience in IT related field
  • Good communications skill and self-motivated
