IT Helpdesk Support (Fresh graduate are welcomed, 14-20K)

Job Duties:

  • Handle incoming calls and emails for IT support
  • Provide first-tier users/ technical support via phone, email and remote
  • To provide daily operation on servers and network
  • Training will be provided


Requirement:

  • HKCEE, DSE or diploma with I.T or related background
  • Willing to learn, Good communication skills and good telephone manners
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Less experience will also be considered
