Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing first-line technical support by assisting user with technical problems via phone and email
  • Providing Technical Support for users – both Software and Hardware
  • Maintain daily performance of computer systems
  • Shift duties are required

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in Information Services or related disciplines
  • At least 1 year experience in Information Services hotline support
  • Knowledge in Windows-based computing platform, MS applications
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Basic knowledge of IS infrastructure including data network, application, systems and operational support preferable
