Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide first / second tier helpdesk support to users via phone, remote tool or on-site
  • Handle daily server operation, support & set up, software & hardware troubleshooting
  • Coordinate with vendor for system maintenance and project implementation
  • Provide technical solution to users with friendly communication

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Diploma or above in I.T. or related disciplines.
  • Experienced in customer services or handling support calls.
  • Knowledge in MS product, networking, printer, etc.
  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fresh graduates with less experience will also be considered
