Responsibilities:

  • Handle all IT requirements or problems from end- users by phone or email
  • Need to understand the problems quickly and provide solutions
  • As a coordinator in between IT team and users

Requirement:

  • Certificates or above in IT filed or customer services experiences would be preferred 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Would provide on-site training
