IT Helpdesk Support / Trainee - (Part-Time)

  • Installs, tests and maintains a variety of PC, Server and IT related equipments.
  • Providing front-line support and helpdesk services for PC hardware and business application.
  • Working Hours: 09:00-13:00 or 14:00-18:00.
  • Able to work 2-3 days per week.

Join us if you are:

  • F.5 or Diploma in Information Technology or related disciplines.
  • 1-2 years experience in IT helpdesk, server and infrastructure support.
  • Experience in Windows 10 Pro, MS Office 365 and Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business installation and configuration.
  • Knowledge in Router and Wifi AP configuration will be an added advantage.
  • Good problem-solving, analytical, self-motivated, eager to learn and service-oriented.
  • Good communication skills and team player.
  • On-Job Training will be provided.
  • Freh Graduate will also be considerated.
