  • Provide a single-point-of-contact support for the end users to report computer related problems and enquiries
  • Resolve reported incidents or dispatch the incidents to the appropriate 2nd level support group for follow-up
  • Log a ticket for the incident in the logging system; update the ticket as it progresses
  • Track incidents until closure
  • Update end users with the status of their incidents
  • Provide password reset services to end users
  • Perform ad-hoc email quota management (such as quota increase) for end users


  • Diploma graduate or above, study in computer science or information technology
  • At least 1 year working experience
  • Working experience in MS Office (Outlook, Excel/Word, ppt and Visio)
  • Proficiency in written and oral English & Cantonese (Chinses), fair in Mandarin.
  • Good communication skill and telephone manner
  • Good knowledge of IT and desktop applications
  • Immediate available is preferred
