Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To perform daily support on 1st-tier helpdesk hotline call handling (phone/email)
  • To provide troubleshooting on customers' technical problems on internet related services
  • To guide and assist customers on using our services
  • To escalate incidents with 2nd-tier infrastructure/ network teammates

 

Requirements:

  • Certificate/Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
  • 1-2 year'+ working experience in Helpdesk Support.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and Windows Application.
  • Good ability to interact with different users.
  • Good communication skills in English and Cantonese.
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome
