Job Description:

  • Identify technical, operational and functional problems of the system, recommend and implement appropriate solutions to solve those problems.
  • Provide application helpdesk support through phone and email to our clients.
  • Handle enquiries for application usage and support incident troubleshooting with project team.
  • Provide requirement collection and system training to clients.
  • Be the contact point and work closely with clients to resolve all inquiries and issues.
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned


  • With minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Knowledge on Tomcat or SQL is an advantage.
  • Experience on application support service is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic and rapid learning capability.
  • Proficient of oral, written and presentation skills in Cantonese and English. Excellent command of Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Good team player and able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility and loyalty.
