Blackpeak is hiring an IT helpdesk/support to be based in our Hong Kong office.

The main responsibilities are:
Perform quality operations support, installation, maintenance and testing
Follow up and monitor open incidents
Maintain IT asset inventory
Provide documentation for systems and users
Mobile user support
Liaise with vendor
Carry out ad-hoc tasks

Skills and Experience

Knowledge in Office 365
Basic network troubleshooting and system administration
With experiences using/supporting MacOS will be advantage
With 1 year working experience in IT helpdesk is a plus
Well organized, self-motivated, independent
Good communication skills in English, Cantonese & Mandarin, both oral and written
Strong ethical standards and commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of clients and related information
Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
