IT Manager (Application)

The successful candidate will take the lead in IT application area to define and manage the application architecture, and ensure all applications operate in a stable and effective manner. S/he will work with the business/ product owners to influence and shape the product vision, strategic product direction, and product roadmap. The role will perform strategic and resources planning on IT development and liaise with vendors and users at all levels. Responsibilities also include supervising a team on implementation of projects to meet the deadline. Other duties include planning, organizing, reviewing and optimizing utilization of applications; conducting ongoing monitoring on quality management procedures and guidelines; developing and maintaining documentations and performing knowledge transfer, following established standards, procedures and change management processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or other relevant disciplines
• At least 6years of relevant IT project experience with a minimum of 3 years on a managerial role
• Proven track record in leading business analysis and defining high level solution architecture design and the corresponding integration with external applications
• Experience on medium to large scale software implementation and maintenance projects, particularly on digital transformation and ERP implementation, is a must
• Experience in Service Oriented Architecture Application support and design
• Exposure in property management business areas is a plus
• Proficient in own and develop project plans with any project/ portfolio management tools: Microsoft Projects, Jira, SharePoint, Confluence etc.
• Certified in PMP/Agile-Scrum/ITIL/SQL is an advantage
• Quick learner with good analytical and troubleshooting skills and able to work under pressure
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills to work with all level of stakeholders
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
