Support Process Automation and continues improvement for IT solutions
Manage local datacenter and IT projects within station
Research possible solutions for various local IT issues
Develop new IT tools if necessary
Work closely and maintain good relationship with internal and external parties to ensure alignment with the business growth strategy
Provide guideline to team members and colleagues for understanding the system workflow
Set objectives & KPI and conduct annual performance for management review
Coordinate with management for setting IT budgets in alignment with corporate guidelines
Ad hoc projects as assigned
Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
Minimum 8 years relevant work experience with solid Java or Mainframe development experience, preferably in express or freight forwarding industry
Good knowledge of VMware, Windows Server, Linux, FreeBPX, Firewall, L2/L3 switch, AP and server room management
Knowledge of Windows Batch, PowerShell, VBScript, and PHP
Well versed in MS Office processing, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio
Excellent in verbal and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
Good communication skills and capabilities in problem solving and time management
Reliable, independent, initiative, responsible, team work and detail-minded
Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Immediate available is highly preferred
