  • Provide strategic direction and management of IT projects according to the whole software life cycle
  • In charge of project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and delivery phases of project deployment and implementation;
  • Manage the risks and problems associated with IT projects, to drive the delivery and management of resources to ensure on time completion of IT projects in good quality;
  • Act for system change management and UAT coordination;
  • Provide system & network support, installation & configuration for in-house systems, including but not limited to Desktop, Laptop, Mobile Devices, Servers, Applications, Active Directory, VM Ware, Network Equipment & Services
  • Perform routine system & network stability checking and assurance
  • Actively propose suitable solutions for issues & new requirements, improve daily operations with automation.
  • Follow IT Standard and Governance policies during daily operations
  • To lead the IT team to provide IT support & trouble shooting for end-users


  • Diploma or above in Computer Science or IT equivalent
  • 10 years’ solid experience in in IT field, 5 years of which with similar capacity
  • Experience in system revamp or system migration is essential
  • Exposure in brokerage industry is a must
  • Strong experience and skills in project management
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Good written Chinese and English
  • Less experience will be considered as Assistant IT Manager
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
