IT Officer (5 days work)

Responsibilities

• Operate SAP & POS system and extract data for analysis and reports
• Provide technical support in network, replacement, procurement and maintenance for around 40 PCs and other hardware
• Monitor daily system operations such as daily backup, software and hardware installation and provide IT support to colleagues 
• Involve in operational and management reports and perform relevant data analysis
• Liaise with users for system requirement, supports and training
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements: 

• Degree holder or above in Computer Science or IT related subjects
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in IT support and system administration
• Proficient in ERP & POS system is a must, knowledge in SAP Business One will be an advantage
• Knowledge in SQL / Oracle / Crystal Report is preferred
• Attention to detail, responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently
