Key Responsibilities:

The IT Officer reports to the ICT Manager and Director of Business Services, and is responsible for the effective operation of the ICT function of the school. In particular, the IT Officer will be responsible for the following;

  • Provide day-to-day IT support to staff members, students and parents of the school, e.g. troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose, resolve hardware or software faults, software installation;
  • Provide administrative support for the ICT team, e.g. asset tracking & reporting, etc;
  • Assist supervisor in handling ad hoc project and operations related matters, e.g. coordinate with contractors for the repair and maintenance work and follow-up on progress;
  • Opportunity to explore and support audiovisuals.


  • Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or related discipline with 2-3 years relevant working experience, preferably in Education Sector
  • Knowledge of handling AV equipments
  • Knowledge of MacOS X, iOS and Windows Operating System. Linux familiarity is an advantage.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Experience in administering Microsoft server 2016
  • Fair English and fluent Cantonese
