About the Role:

• Deliver IT services to meet the business needs
• Provide quality IT support services to the users in a timely manner
• Assist to manage Microsoft Windows system and Network infrastructure
• Perform and monitor daily backup and restore tasks
• Ensure the company networks are operating efficiently and smooth
• Ensure the security measures on IT equipment are compliance
• Compile and maintain IT inventory records
• Coordinate with vendors on IT maintenance and support issues

To be successful in this role, you must have: 
 

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or IT related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years working experience in user support, servers & network equipment administration, Office 365
• Good knowledge on Microsoft Window Server / Active Directory Infrastructure.
• Good knowledge on Network switch, router and firewall.
• Holder of CCNA / MCSA / MCSE is advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Willing to work on project sites is preferable.
• Immediate available is advantage.
