IT Officer (System Support)

Responsibilities:

• Perform Helpdesk function duties
• Provide daily IT support to end users
• Setup, install and maintain Company hardware and software
• Maintain and update the hardware and software inventory
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT related issues
• Provide technical support to the network, systems and applications
• Ad-Hoc project support as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years experience in IT technical support
• Self-motivated, pro-active and willing to learn
• Hands-on experience and knowledge of TCP/IP, network troubleshooting and networking equipment such as firewalls and switches
• PC troubleshooting skills (hardware)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, pro-active and willing to learn
