IT Operation & Support Officer
Responsibilities:
Perform routine IT system operation, monitoring of system, backup task and schedule jobs;
Provide technical support to end-user on the user of hardware, software, and IT systems;
Assist for IT procurement, keep tract of IT inventory and maintain proper documentation;
Assist for server & network configuration, maintenance and documentation;
Provide technical support services and solutions on hardware, software and networking related issues to end users;
Working hour: 0800-1700 / 0900-1800; occasional non-office hour support is required.
Requirements:
High Dip. in Computer Science, Information Technology and/or equivalent;
1-2 years of IT operations/support experience preferably in securities brokerage firm or financial industry;
Good working attitude and interpersonal skills, able to work independently under pressure; and
Good command of written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
