Maintain procurement processes, policies, practices and systems.
Provide guidance in tendering and procurement process.
Measure vendors’ performance regularly.
Perform contract filing and maintain the contract administration function to internal users.
To carry out duties assigned by the supervisor
High Diploma or degree holder in business administration, IT or related discipline.
Minimum 1-3 years’ working experience in IT procurement, preferably in the banking or IT industry. Candidate with more experience will be considered as senior position.
Experience in Procurement system, Oracle iProcurement system is preferred; proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
Willing to learn and initiative with sense of responsibilities.
