The Department

Our IT Infrastructure and Operation Services Department drives and leverages technology refreshment and best practice service management principles, to provide cost-effective and efficient infrastructure and technical environment, data centre management, and valued end-user services.


The Job

You will:

  • Lead the development and deployment of WIAM related projects including SailPoint upgrade, CIM integration, ITIOS applications integrate with WIAM, CTC’s HCMS integration, etc.
  • Manage project deliverables by prioritizing, tracking, and completing assigned tasks.
  • Perform requirement collection, program development, integration and assurance testing and production system implementation activities for IAM platform releases.
  • Follow through the Club’s PDLC (Product development life cycle) framework to manage the projects
  • Handle escalation and monitoring project related activities
  • Work with the cross-functional teams to ensure the configuration and development standards are followed
  • Review and manage the project’s budget and finances
  • Ensures that third party solutions follow all the Club standards


About You

You should have:

  • Preferably with tertiary education in IT-related disciplines
  • 5 to 10 years of work experience in project management, including relevant experience in medium to large enterprise
  • Qualifications in PMP and ITIL are preferred
  • Solid domain knowledge with one or more of the followings: IGA, SSO or IAM integrations
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, be able to work well with different levels of internal users and external service providers and suppliers
  • Effective writing skills to document and present technical issues; and prepare project and resolve reports
  • Outstanding communication skills, in both written and spoken, in English, Chinese and Cantonese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred

Terms of Employment

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate. Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
