IT Project Officer / Manager
Job MatcherJob Responsibilities
- Responsible for IT project life cycle management, from project preparation through go-life
- Ensure project deliverables are on time, within budget and meet prescribed standards
- Monitor the project progress, prepare progress report and statistics and proactively identify and escalate the potential risks to section manager
- Assists section manager on the management of external service providers
- Assists section manager to prepare project plan
Requirements
- Degree holder in IT related disciplines
- At least 4 years of project management experience in banking or financial institution
- Strong background on Treasury application system and implementation/ support is preferable
- Knowledge in treasury products features and user/system operations experience would be an added advantage
- Strong leadership and project management skills, able to lead cross-functional business projects with sound interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Willing to travel (e.g. China)
- Excellent verbal and writing Chinese communication skills. Good command of Cantonese and English
- Responsible, self-motivated and good organizational skill
- Able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, both in a team environment and individually
