IT Retail Engineer (MNC, 5 Days Work)

Reporting to the client’s IT Manager, the Retail Support Engineer will work with our internal team at Fusion Systems.



  • Client interfacing with multi-national retail chains
  • Support all IT equipment, including hardware, software, printers, intranet, and internet, etc
  • Respond in a timely manner to technology support requests
  • Responsible for tracking support issues and creating solutions
  • Project management and implementation for new store build-out to include
  • On-demand store visits


Basic Qualifications 

  • At least 1 year experience of onsite technical support
  • Client facing skills
  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Technical certification preferred
  • Customer focused attitude and dedicated to problem solving
  • Good team player, self-motivated, good communication and hardworking
  • Responsible and able to work independently
  • Must be able to speak and write in Cantonese and English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of POS / RETAIL experience as well as desktop support
  • At least 1 years supporting offices / stores within APAC
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Windows 7 / 10, Office 365, SharePoint, One Drive, internet and intranet technologies with emphasis on security including Routers, Switches, Gateways, Firewalls, Enterprise Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam, and VPNs
  • Experience supporting Exchange, Active Directory, MAC OS considered an asset
  • Experience in supporting PBX, CISCO IP phones and telepresence
  • At least 1 year of supporting new store openings
