BA/BS Degree required or equivalent practical experience
3-8 years of quota carrying software or technology sales and direct sales experience
Hunting mentality, tenacity to close the deal
Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles
SMEs, mid-level enterprises, service industries vertical experience preferred
Previous Sales Methodology training
Familiarity with selling transformative software and SaaS/PaaS solutions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of the business issues impacting organizations with ability to educate/evangelize and so generate opportunities out of this knowledge
Strong network of contacts across enterprise organizations in respective region
Ability to work credibly at all levels, especially at CXO level
Self-starter able to work with minimum supervision
Able to know when to seek guidance
Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
