IT Service Desk Supervisor (up to $30k)

  • Lead and supervise a service desk team to ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs.
  • Manage, update and execute the incident management and escalation policies
  • Work and coordinate with other IT teams to develop appropriate performance improvement solutions for Service Desk.
  • Act as escalation point and also provide VIP user support.


  • Degree holder in Information Technology or other similar disciplines
  • Over 5 years of experience working in a service desk team with a team lead  or supervisor role.
  • ITIL certified would be an advantage.  Able to demonstrate a strong understanding of IT service management.
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems, desktops (Windows and Macs) and MS Office.
  • Fluent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential.
