Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st level web application support to our users via ticket system, email
  • Perform 1st level incident troubleshooting and escalation to other technical teams if needed
  • Log and track all reported incidents and service requests in ticketing system

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology
  • Team player, self-motivated and interested on technology
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
