IT Service Desk Support Officer (Native Spanish Speaker)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT help-desk support services
  • offer first level and second level support for problem solving
  • Manage and track helpdesk calls using the ticket management system until tickets resolved
  • Provide end-user support and installation of desktop, laptop and smartphone
  • Liaise with vendor for IT related equipment maintenance and / or procurement

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Computer Science/Information Systems Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of solid experience in helpdesk or end-user support role
  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft AD, DHCP, DNS, Exchange, Sharepoint, Hyper-V and VMWare
  • Professional certificate of MCTS/MCITP is an advantage
  • Proactive and self-motivated team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Night shift
