You are responsible for

  • Install and provide technical support for patient monitoring and clinical information system to ensure service agreements and warranty obligations are fulfilled.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and relationship to the highest possible level.
  • Pre site-visit for verifications and preparation to support the activities related to system installation and upgrade issues.
  • Provide technical support to end-users and Health System teammates.
  • Perform remote and onsite support as required to ensure system meets performance specifications.
  • Provide feedback to factory to improve system performance and stability.


You are a part of

Field Service Engineering key member and report to the District Team Lead. You will be working closely with our sales, application & technical consultants, project managers and solution delivery team.


To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Diploma or above, major in Information Systems Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1-year working experience in Healthcare industry is an absolute advantage
  • With below knowledge will be an advantages and preferable:
    • Basic clinical knowledge for patient monitoring (e.g. ECG; SpO2, BP)
    • Systems (Operating System, Database, Security)
    • Networks (Routing, Wireless, Hardware (e.g. routers; switches etc.))
    • Basic mechanical repair
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems.
  • Good in customer service skills and able to communicate effectively
  • Strong team player, willing to withstand pressure, able to handle multi-task and well organized
  • Good command of both spoken and written in Chinese and English
  • Occasional travel to Macau and work for on-call standby shift is required.
