IT Service Manager – Bank

Our client, a Leading Consumer Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

  • Maintain service quality of IT Department. In particular, manage incidents & problems, service availability, change, vendor management and Business Continuity Planning. And ensure compliance of IT teams to company policies and procedures.
  • Setup Service Management framework and culture in IT Department.
  • Manage incidents & problems, and change to ensure its proper handling and escalation.
  • Assist to refine existing policies and processes relating to Service Management.
  • Manage and coordinate Business Continuity Plan.
  • Assist in enforcing IT standards throughout the IT Department.
  • Ensure service availability setup between ITD and vendors, and between ITD and business, and perform regular review.
  • Enforce compliance of IT teams to existing and refined policies & guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Information Technology, Service Management, or Business.
  • 5 years' experience in IT Service Management, especially in Incident & Problem Management, Change Management, Business Continuity Management, Vendor Management and process improvement.
  • ITIL certification is a definite advantage.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
